  3. Berlin Fashion Week…

    by Maxime Buechi

Lame… What else can I say? Got to the Mercedes-whatever-hall-something. We got Eastpack goodiebags (so chic init?!) full of energy drinks, random cosmetics and luxury water bottles looking like a beer one. Inside, it looked like a trade show for mobile phones, cars and fake champagne. Saw a few tight jeans and expensive jewelry, but not a lotta fashion. Otherwise, attended to a few side-shows. The only one worth mentioning was the Project Galerie Closing Party where Molly Nilsson did a beautiful performance, showcasing her new and improved repertoire. (Thank you for that, you made our day!)
Wow, where has the beautiful decadence gone? After all the fun I had in Paris?… Just had to get this off my chest.

  4. berlin tats

(Almost) all these tats were made by and/or with Maxime (not me, Berlin-Maxime) and his fucked up machine ;) no wonder they look hand made… and good! Much love to all our Berlin folks: Fred, Sonia, Xavier, Maxime, John, Olivia, … Take care y’all it was nice meeting you all.

Everyone did an extraordinary work here at the studio yesterday! Estelle Hanania pictured a dancing, moving, screaming tribe with bodies painted by Christophe Brunnquell. The fashion designer Aleksandra Wisniewska also brought in some pieces of her beautiful jewelery line Adam&Eve to feature on the photos.

Thanks to our models Sonia, Helga, Laura, Maxime, Jon and Andre, you were all amazing!

  15. assume vivid astro focus

    July 11, 2008
    by Maria Trofimova

Last week while I was on holiday in Rome, I met Eli and Christophe, also known as assume vivid astro focus. They were invited to create an installation in the famous ruins in Largo Argentina in the middle of the city, building a new structure on the ancient temple, rising new gods of neon signs and unhumanized masked fetish icons.

And opening party turned the ruins into no less than an italo-disco night club for the evening!

We went to the beach as well. Here’s Eli unfinished leg tattoo. He told me about doing a new one soon, and maybe very soon in Berlin…
