  2. THE BIGGEST SANG BLEU EVER

    by Jeanne-Salome Rochat

Today way a pretty empty, nothing-filled day when I said, “I know what I want to get.”
    And then you said something.
I said “I want to define myself.”
    You said something else.
I said “I want to get a definition—or definitions of words. I want to be labeled. Annotated.”
You said “I don’t get it.”
And even though (of course) there is something to get, I said “I don’t know what you’re expecting to get.”
You said “I like it.” You kept talking. You offered suggestions like it was your idea.

And now you absolutely need to check out THE BIGGEST SANG BLEU EVER:

A couture show is always something special. For what it is or what it evokes. For the people you sit next by, the conversations you hear, the bodyguards, the botox, the gold-foiled M/M (paris)-designed invite, the menu-like leaflet explaining that the 3rd look is actually made of Marabout Feathers.

I know this is controversial, but am I the only one thinking these styles—I concede, they would need some fine-tuning—would definitely work on rappers?
Check out our friend Mecca, how they work on him! I wish hip hop heads’ fashion culture went even a tiny bit farther than Versace (which is not bad as such), or let’s say… Bathing Ape (which IS terrible for the matter!).
Hey XXL, let me style a series or two for you!

As I finally was able to download all the photos of that pas (fashion) week, here you have (and probably after you’ve already seen that 200 times on all the fashion blogs!) some views of my little tour!

Here is Dior Homme by KvA. He really made me wanna run and snatch one of those amazing over-voluminous ribbed trenches! Seriously, after the fun moment of watching Karl Lagerfeld sitting next to Peter Marino, the show really got us stuck!

    typisk lesbisk

While looking for images of past collections from Copenhagen Fashion Week (on which more to come!), I came across perhaps the greatest t-shirt I’ve seen in ages. Made by Danish agents provocateurs Typisk Lesbisk, and can you think of any better way to discreetly (or not) pack a little heat? I’d love to wear this with something incredibly feminine, like a giant Limi Feu tutu on the bottom and Louis Vuitton bunny-ears hairbow on top… but of course this shirt’s from 2007, seemingly the last time T.L.’s website was updated! So it must’ve gone the way of all flesh by now…
