Lame… What else can I say? Got to the Mercedes-whatever-hall-something. We got Eastpack goodiebags (so chic init?!) full of energy drinks, random cosmetics and luxury water bottles looking like a beer one. Inside, it looked like a trade show for mobile phones, cars and fake champagne. Saw a few tight jeans and expensive jewelry, but not a lotta fashion. Otherwise, attended to a few side-shows. The only one worth mentioning was the Project Galerie Closing Party where Molly Nilsson did a beautiful performance, showcasing her new and improved repertoire. (Thank you for that, you made our day!)
Wow, where has the beautiful decadence gone? After all the fun I had in Paris?… Just had to get this off my chest.

A delegation of sangbleu-istas will be running a big workshop in berlin untill the end of the month. The idea is to shoot the last series for SBIII and draw inspiration for this amazing city (see my “travelling” post earlier this year). The workshop takes place in an amazing warehouse in the Weissensee area. (Actually, inside the building of the Rathaus off Berlinerallee) Here are some photos of the premises. Anyone interested to come and take part to the action, just drop a line or drop by!

Last thursday was the launch party of the first special edition of Sang Bleu. Publioshed in collaboration with the Palais de Tokyo in Paris. The book launch was a nice succès. Everyone seemed to like the result (so do I!).

The rest of the week was dedicated to the planning of SB which is going to be pretty amazing, I think, and enjoying fashion week with Lotta Volkova aka Lotta Skeletrix and Alban Adam, guest editors of SBIII. Fashion week was pretty fun although a bit disappointing fashion-wise. I had the pleasure to (finally) meet lots of very interesting people such as Diane Pernet from A Shaded View On Fashion, Jason Farrer, Marcelo Burlon from Rodeo Magazine and his lovely friend Marchi Marchell, Samuel from Encens Magazine, the editors of Dong Magazine, SOLO from the oldschool french hardcore rap group ASSASSIN, the djs of Dirty Laurent Fétis the famous french graphic designer, even bumped into Pharell WIlliams and Kanye West at the Vuitton show and so on and so on… Images to come later this week as I sort my digitaly pix and process the rolls…
