I am not fascinated by french art, although it did have some interest until the 80′s. Additionally, my nein-sager mentality usually conditions me to develop a negative preconception on whoever seems to be unanimously appreciated. However, I am irrationally intrigued by Yves Klein’s work. Especially, his work with fire.

  3. inescapable bodies

Of course, those who work in pain management quite properly want to bring relief to those who suffer unbearably.
Of course, chronic pain is debilitating.
Of course, the effort to find drugs to neutralise the pain are comprehensible and laudable.

Is it the transhumanists’ wish to do away with pain that is a curiosity, as it seems to deny–along with so much else–the ordinary experience of being alive?

Music to rattle your gourd to

Music to maul the Beloved to

Music to maul the beneficent effigies of the Beloved to

    Music to quiver astoundingly to

Music to breathe through a rubber gorilla mask to

Music to mangle the apparatus to

Music to stroke the cloistered thighs of strangers to

Music to assemble -the -hand truck- while- fully -engorged to

    Music to finger appendages to

Music to stroke the faceless multitudes to

Music to say I-love-you-and-can-I-ram-this-head cheese-down-your-throat to

Music to smear undulants across the haunches of the Faithful to

Music to sustain moisture-related injuries to

Music to ream the corporeal corridors of your soul to

    Music to jostle purposefully to

Music to swaddle the meat of infamy to

Music to heave against flesh-hillocks to,

Then leave by the swinging door.

I hope that everyone in the states is out brunching, BBQing, and hopefully having the day off! I’ll be parked in my leather dungeon (AKA living room) sweating (its 85°) over orders and new pieces. The next couple of days might be a bit of a production frenzy for me, so if anyone has a special request for a post now is the time to let me know – since my brain is completely elsewhere!
