First of ll, thank you to those who already placed a pre-order!

Now judging from the emails I get, there seems to still be something unclear about the pre-orders and especially the price of it. I am sorry about this. So here I go again:

The cover price will NOT be more expensive than last issue, it will actually be cheaper! The reason why pre-ordering costs that much is:

1—it INCLUDES the shipping, wherever the delivery address is, and shipping is expensive due to the weight and size of the object.

2—it is an exclusive priority delivery straight from the printer’s warehouse and there is an extra handling cost.

Please pre-order it if you wish to receive it delivered to your house before it hits the store. But if you wish to pay less, just wait until it is fully distributed!

I don’t think I can get any clearer than that.

As I was looking for my way along the obscure shores of the Seine, I bumped into a pretty heterogeneous group of punks and (red)skins and dogs who seemed as lost as me. The way I was looking for was that of the “Peniche Alternat” where a little festival was taking place. As I arrived, the band I was hoping to watch performing—Hard Times—had already started and their singer Philippe AKA Avichai—his david cross fircly swinging around his neck—was already “singing” and jumping on and off the stage. I very quickly got into the mood and I must say that the show was amazing! The sound was surprisingly good, which made the lyrics discernible. Very happy experience, and cultural travel for the curious minded. By the way, Philippe had told me that he moved too fast to be photographed. Now I know he wasn’t joking!

Hard Times will be in SB5, photographed by Julien Lachaussée & interviewed by me.

On Thursday took place the first of a series of shows curated by Sang Bleu and entitled: “Clusters”

‘First ones were these 2 stars. I was 16, 17 yrs old. A friend of mine died. They’re his initials
They’re by Thomas Hooper. We used to ride bmx together. I’d go round his house when he was living with his mother in Bexhill. It was when he started in his front room. He was living in Bromley.

Then I got addicted to tattoos so I ended up getting a few more.

I did my ankles myself. This was done with a gun and all these just hand push with a needle.
I’m gonna get my legs done. Liam’s gonna do them.‘
