1. unusual blog talk—Swallows and Daggers

It is a pretty usual thing for blog owners to exchange links with other blogs. The motivations can vary a lot from purely financial ones to personal ones. For me, the only valid one is the actual interest I have for the other blog.

Here is a blog I have a sincerer respect and interest for. Swallows and Daggers. Not only, has it all the qualities of good tattoo magazines plus one: it is free. What else could you ask for?

Paul Vickery sent me these strong and beautiful images. Why would I write, they speak fro themselves.

  3. deadication

Commitment and dedication is something unquestionable to me. It defies critical sense. It generates the ugliest and the most beautiful faits. And fantastic tattoos too. Amaya is a dear friend and an icon in Lausanne. No wonder she ended up starting a friendship with her own icon, London’s own in-famous Pete Doherthy. And tattooed his signature on her forearm!

(Listen, i know the title is not properly written. It’s a “clin d’oeuil” to a song I love that’s called “deadicated”. It is totally unrelated but if anyone knows it, we shall be friends!)

Jason Evans finds beauty where it is. And also where it is not.
See through his eyes, his lenses.
