Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the exact condition in which it was received by you. It must also be in the original packaging and must be sent back via a trackable and signed mail delivery, at your own cost.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

To complete a return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or copy of the email/order.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a timely manner.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after some time, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at goods@sangbleu.com.

 

Sale items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged.

If you need to exchange a like-for-like item, send us an email at goods@sangbleu.com.

If you wish to exchange your item, you will be charged all shipping costs related to that exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item.
If you wish to exchange your item, you will be charged all shipping costs related to that exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are approved for a refund, the refunded amount will not include either the initial cost of shipping or the cost of return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

You must provide a trackable shipping reference for refunds and exchanges. We are unable to refund or replace items if they are not delivered to us.

Undelivered items

In the event of having your goods undelivered, upon return of the parcel Sang Bleu will identify the owner and get in touch to re-attempt delivery at your expense.
Should the contact attempts be unsuccessful, we will keep the item for 180 days from the purchase date.
After that period, the undelivered product(s) become(s) the property of Sang Bleu.
